Delivery Delivery is free within a 10 mile radius of Stockport on all orders over
£50. Otherwise there will be a one-off charge for collection and delivery based on
£1 per mile from Stockport.
Payment on delivery, by cheque or in cash only please, as we do not have the facilities
to take payment by card. Regular customers have the option of paying monthly by
cheque, cash or by BACS payment.
If, in the unlikely event, you find that any of the cloths you have hired are in
an unacceptable condition, contact us and we will aim to replace them as soon as
possible, free of charge. If, after use, any cloths are returned to us irreparably
damaged i.e. torn or ripped, burnt, mouldy or otherwise stained irreversibly, you
will be liable to replace the damaged goods at their full replacement value. Candles
are not to be placed on our linen as the melted wax can leave non-removable stains.
General Terms & Conditions
A deposit of 20% of the total cost of the rental price will be required before collection
and will be refunded to you when all the linen has been returned and checked for
damage. There is no cancellation charge for our standard linen. However, if cloths
have been ordered in specially, they must be paid for in advance and the cancellation
fee will be 50% of the cost.
Prices quoted are for the agreed length of the contract only. If for any reason,
cloths have not been returned to us by the agreed upon date, you may be liable for
extra rental charges for every week or part thereof after the return date has passed.
Once delivered it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the linen
is covered by insurance for theft, damage and public liability. All linen remains
the property of the laundry.
Linen waiting for collection must be placed in bags and not left in wet or damp conditions,
as this promotes the growth of mould and mildew, rendering the cloths unusable. Table
linen must be kept separate from chefs wear and kitchen cloths.
